Конфлікт як складова посттравматичного стресу та подолання його на основі мотивації самовдосконалення
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано стан дослідженості проблеми вияву посттравматичного стресу у конфліктних формах взаємодії особистості та обґрунтовано необхідність застосування мотивації самовдосконалення. Висвітлено психологічні особливості та проблеми виникнення, протікання посттравматичного стресу і відображено сутність, особливості його виявлення у світовій практиці та безпосередньо в Україні. Виявлено особливості посттравматичного стресу у міжособистісній взаємодії як конфліктної. Визначено, що мотивація самовдосконалення у професійній діяльності є одним із можливих методів психологічної допомоги щодо подолання посттравматичного стресу в умовах війни.
