Аннотация

The article analyzes the conditions for the implementation of educational tasks of higher educational institutions in training competitive specialists and their successful integration into the European space with the subsequent realization of their labor and creative potential for the benefit of Ukraine. The authors discuss the state government’s documents related to the educational reform aimed at training competitive professionals for the high-tech and innovative development of the country, self-realization of the individual, meeting the needs of society, the labor market and the state in skilled specialists.
