Criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the professional image of future teachers choreography
Аннотация
The main stages of forming the professional image of a future choreographer are defined in the article, to which we include forming the idea of the image of the ideal teacher (his personal and professional qualities), his behavior and external manifestations during professional training in higher education in accordance with the requirements that nominated by the society as a representative of the profession and performer of certain professional functions, as well as in accordance with the conditions of the audience - students as a progressive and active group of society; identification and analysis of their own physiological, psychological and professional characteristics, which underlie the image of the choreographer’s image; comparison of real characteristics with the desires associated with the ideal image of a choreographer, adequate self-assessment on the basis of self-diagnosis; development of a strategic and step-by-step tactical program of self-improvement, self-correction for forming the image of a teacher-choreographer; trying on a desired image and applying it to a new image by working out techniques, developing
skills, improving the external image, etc .; individualization of the new image obtained.In the article the author defines the criteria for the formation of professional image of future choreographers in accordance with his structure, which he considers as a system consisting
of such components as external-behavioral component, professional-pedagogical, individual-axiological and control-evaluation component.
To evaluate the level of formation of these components, the following criteria are offered: external-behavioral, professional-pedagogical,
individual-axiological and control-evaluation. Based on the developed criteria and indicators, the levels of professional image formation of future choreographers are determined. The external and behavioral component of the professional image of the future choreographer provides for the presentability of appearance. The vocational-pedagogical component characterizes the teacher as a specialist, capable of effectively building the educational process, constantly improving his own professional knowledge and skills. The individual-axiological component reflects the individual properties of the teacher’s personality, his inner world. The control and evaluation component is aimed at revealing students’ self-esteem.
