Fundraising activity of an educational institution in conditions of autonomy: essence and features
Аннотация
In the article, it is carried out the theoretical and methodological analysis of the nature and content of fundraising as the instrument of development of an educational organization in the autonomy conditions. Modern theoretical approaches to the determination of content and nature of the definition of «fundraising», «fundraising activity of educational establishment» were generalized. The basic categories of fundraising, its peculiarities in the context of activity of educational establishment were found out. Fundraising activity of educational establishment comes as an effective mechanism of the implementation of the development program, educational process participants’ creative capabilities and knowledge, mission of general educational establishment via the providing necessary resources for the realization of educational projects. Problem questions are selected concerning the management of a fundraising campaign. It is analysed the subjectivity, tasks, principles, and features of the realization of fundraising. The stages of realization of fundraising activity were opened up. The content of the basic components and instruments of educational fundraising was systematized. The necessity of the use of strategic management was grounded during the application of fundraising activity by a general educational establishment. The content of modern principles and methods of realization of social fundraising was described to solve problems of the resource providing educational establishment. The tasks, stages of the creation of the model of fundraising and stages of its planning, basic sourcing fundraising activity, existent limitations in the grant of
resources depending on sourcing were found out. It is marked that the progress of educational fundraising of general educational establishment depends on the support of society and public organizations.
