Issue II (70) was published in partnership with the periodical "The Journal of Humanities SU “Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky Pedagogical University by H.Skovoroda".

The publication was carried out by the East European Institute of Psychology (Ukraine - France) with the support of the International Expert Agency "Consulting and Training".

Since 2020, the magazine has been functioning as an independent periodical.
