Issue V (23) was published in partnership with the periodicals "Higher education of Ukraine" and "Psychological sciences: problems and achievements".

The publication was carried out by the East European Institute of Psychology (Ukraine - France) and the International Expert Agency "Consulting and Training" with the participation of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAPS of Ukraine, Kyiv International University, and the Institute of Social and Political Psychology of the NAPS of Ukraine.

Since 2020, the magazine has been functioning as an independent periodical.
