Future teachers’ readiness to implement personally-oriented and synergistic approaches into inclusive and information environment of Primary School

Abstract

Future teachers’ readiness to implement personally-oriented and synergistic approaches into inclusive and information environment of primary school. The article deals with modern approaches of training primary school teachers to work in inclusive and education environment taking into account the concept of personally oriented learning. It is substantiated that the methodological basis of the modern paradigm of education is extremely broad (humanistic pedagogy, competent, activity approaches, etc.). However, the transition from
learning, which is mostly informational and focused on doing activities, to forming a person who is able to navigate and make decisions in modern information environment, who also practices creative techniques, who is able not only to absorb theoretical knowledge, but also generate new ideas requires the maximum implementation of personally oriented and synergistic approaches. The purpose of the research is to analyze main aspects of the professional training of primary school teachers to implement personally oriented and
synergistic approaches, substantiation of relevant methodological aspects. Individually oriented approach is basic in the implementation of the principles of personally oriented learning; synergistic approach is considered to be necessary for the integration of different components of the system of training, intensification of processes of self-education (self-education and self-development) of teachers and students as well as expanding and generalizing the achievements of personally oriented approach. It is proved that the system of future primary school teachers’ training, which meets modern /// requirements, is provided by variability of the educational process, the possibility of choosing ways to obtain education, ways of personal
growth, as well as ways of creating the conditions for self-education. In addition, the improvement and upgrading programs in accordance with the development of science, the process of computerization,
professional interests of teachers encourage the intensification of self-education and self-development of future teachers, which we consider to be the basis for the implementation of a synergistic approach in education.
