Abstract

The paper deals with the results of studies of corporate culture and development of safety culture on production conditions and their consideration for training of students of engineering specialities. The improvement of the level of culture of safety should be based on the implementation of the practice, which is only one level higher. Otherwise huge affairs will be needed to explain, train, and communicate with employees. The data obtained were discussed with the students of engineering specialities. The ways were proposed to improve the efficiency of such training activity using the results of experimental activities. The proper theoretical background will also be helpful for the increase of students’ performance.
