Historical aspects and modern technologies of pedagogy

Abstract

In pedagogy, there are a large number of different technologies from the simplest, such as problematic, concentrated and developing learning, to modern ones. The department of infectious diseases uses in training not only infectious disease doctors, but also interns of related specialties, a large set of the most modern pedagogical technologies. The selection of technologies depends on the intended goals, has a focus, an educational idea, on which training is based; teacher action system, criteria for evaluating the result. The most effective technologies in the training of future doctors include differential, game training and the method of critical thinking. The experience of using these methods in the training of future doctors has found that the optimal pedagogical technology for becoming a modern specialist is a combination of different training systems and an individual approach to the future doctor.
