Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of foreign language competence on the academic mobility of future specialists in the field of international relations. Dynamics and globalization of the system of education, the availability of various academic programs are inherent in the modern labor world. The international academic mobility and internship requires the high level of the foreign language awareness of the participants. In our research we outlined the new innovative methods in mastering foreign language competence. The foreign language competence has its own structure and components. We mentioned that the knowledge of foreign language is not only communication skill but also the awareness of multicultural environment. Foreign language communicative competence as an important component of
communicative culture is an integral part of the training of university students preparing for life in a market economy, dialogue of cultures and peoples, interethnic communication, new religiosity, the increased role of privacy. Adapting to these conditions requires them to have communication skills, knowledge of religious holidays, folk customs. Higher education institutions should not only introduce andragogy into the curriculum, but also develop flexible, diversified methods of personality-oriented learning. The teacher needs to become a facilitator who can direct the intellectual and creative activity of students to independently find optimal ways to solve the problem, starting with its formulation, independent search for sources and their effective processing, critical analysis of relevant materials, and ending with comprehensive analysis and evaluation of results.
