Evaluation of interns’ professional competence formation level at the stage of receiving postgraduate education
Abstract
The article presents the results of a sociological study of the key professional competencies of interns. The analysis of their formation level is carried out and the main ways of improvement are identified. The interconnections of professional competencies with the level of professional satisfaction, the assessment of their own knowledge, skills acquired at the training stage are revealed.
