The publication was carried out by the East European Institute of Psychology (Ukraine - France) with the support of the International Expert Agency "Consulting and Training" and participation of NTUU "Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kyiv, Ukraine)

Since 2020, the magazine has been functioning as an independent periodical.
