Issue VI (39) was published in partnership with the periodical "The Journal of Humanities SU “Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky Pedagogical University by H. Skovoroda".

The publication was carried out by the East European Institute of Psychology (Ukraine - France) with the support of the International Expert Agency "Consulting and Training", participation of NTUU "Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kyiv, Ukraine) and NU "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy".

Since 2020, the magazine has been functioning as an independent periodical.
