Pedagogy of cooperation as a required component of modern teaching technologies

Abstrakt

Different approaches to the study of pedagogy of cooperation in domestic and foreign scientific thought are compared in the article. The necessity to use the pedagogy of cooperation to shape the personality of a modern successful specialist is studied. In view of this, the forms and the methods that can be practically introduced into training when applying the pedagogy of cooperation in the classroom are studied. It is revealed how the technology influences the student, and what leads to its use in education. The paper argues that the use of pedagogy of cooperation in the educational process promotes the development of a comprehensively developed, highly professional, intellectual personality, focused on universal values, creative, able to make the right decisions in crisis situations and is not afraid to take responsibility. The authors emphasize that the training of a high-level professional is the main requirement for higher education institutions today.
