Abstrakt

The article covers conditions of realization of vocational education according to dual system in Ukraine. There were analyzed the principal advantages and disadvantages of this system. The dual system of education is viewed through the lens of the coordinated interaction of theory and practice. Special emphasis is laid on that it is the “dual education system” provides a close relationship between the educational and production spheres and this system is able to ensure the coordination of pedagogical conditions of vocational training in the educational and production environment, and it allows timely to response to changing needs and trends in the development of the labor market.
