Emotional intelligence and personal resources overcoming difficult life situations

Abstrakt

The paper is devoted to the study of gender specificity and the role of the emotional intelligence level formation in the development of personal resources of the people, who were forced displaced (unemployed), for overcoming difficult life situations. The gender aspect of personal resources is empirically investigated: emotional intelligence, mental status, hardiness, coping behavior strategies. Interrelations are revealed and the obtained results are analyzed. It is recommended in the process of development of technologies for developing of these resources to concider both gender specificity and the individual’s emotional intelligence formation level.
