Urgent and unresolved problems of Secondary and Higher Schools of Ukraine in the conditions of cognitive war

Abstract

The article examines the main problems of secondary and higher educational system of Ukraine during a cognitive war. The fundamental goal of the cognitive warfare is its impact on cognitive abilities of a person aimed at destruction and changes in behavior, formation of negative influence on one’s own perception of values, communication and ethics standards in the society, consciousness’ manipulations, at first hand, of children and students. New realities of getting education in the years 2021-2023 under distance and mixed training were analyzed, the specific character of theory, methodology and methods of professional teaching in teachers and academia were considered. We also attempted to
suggest innovative approaches of Ukrainian researchers to a quality education of Ukrainian pupils and students during waging war and military operations. The mission of the global educational community was defined as well as the level of its support while re-newing educational establishments of Ukraine.
