Professional development of the personality of the employer in the conditions of postgraduate education
Abstract
The article highlights the issue of the employee’s upgrade training by postgraduate study. The authors analyze the experience of the employees from the different sectors who have upgraded their skills at the Educational and Scientific Center for Educational Technologies and Regional Training at the Ukraine’s University of State Fiscal Service. The article reveals the priority directions in employees’ skills upgrade due to the state policy and standards of postgraduate education. It considers the topics of professional training programs to improve qualifications of civil servants, mayors and their deputies as well as local governance officials. The best possible conditions to upgrade their skills are explained, parallel to the special character of organizational, educational and methodological work for the employee’s skills upgrade. The perspectives for skills upgrade of the employee are considered with due consideration of the strategy of reforming the higher and postgraduate education with the focus on enlarging the scope of research.
