The role of the creative component in the process of forming the professional competence of managers of socio-cultural activities
Abstract
Characteristic features of professional culture and competence of specialists in any professional field include: personal initiative, innovative skills and abilities, creative thinking, ability to communicate effectively. The role of the creative component in the process of forming the professional competence of a specialist manager of the socio-cultural sphere is investigated. The multi-functionality and multifacetedness of socio-cultural activities determine the special need of this field for specialists with an innovative orientation, so they must be taken into account when organizing the educational process. In turn, a higher educational institution, as a subject of the pedagogical system of society, can contribute to the effective socialization of students through the organization of the pedagogical process (in the framework of educational and extracurricular work) focused on the formation of an innovatively oriented personality, which can be competitive and successful in modern conditions.
