Analysis of models of communication in the process of pedagogical interaction
Abstract
In the article the basic models of communication are considered and the relationship with the individual style of the teacher in the process of pedagogical activity is considered. Objectives: to analyze the state of the problem under study in the works of domestic and foreign scientists; characterize communication models; to reveal the essence of individual style of professional activity of the teacher. The communicative process is a necessary prerequisite for the formation, development and functioning of all social systems, because it provides the connection between people and their communities, makes possible the connection between generations, accumulates and transmits social experience, enriches it, organizes joint activities, performs broadcast culture. Today, in today’s society, various models of communication are widely used: the “SMCR” (SMCR Stanford communication model), the Lasswell model, the Defluer model, the circular communication model. Communication is a twoway process whereby mutual understanding and the achievement of a common goal are achieved. Therefore, despite the time and integration processes taking place in society, the relevance of existing models is not lost and is reflected in various fields of activity. Today, the use of computer dialogue is changing the nature of the educational process. The modern communication model combines the structural elements of the previously proposed models, and interconnects them. The person integrates into other more complex, communicative networks, while using his or her own cultural experience and all available means of communication to formulate messages and understand the interlocutor. So, today the activity of the future teacher is a process of constant knowledge of the situation, conditions of communication, social environment, himself and the opposite side. We see further work in the development of pedagogical conditions for the application of the communicative model of pedagogical interaction in higher education institutions.
