Abstract

The article investigates the development of artistic and technical creativity in institutions of higher art education in the second half of the twentieth century. The main methodological components of the formation of the system of professional training of specialists in the context of the development of higher art education are: the theory of scientific knowledge (shows the relationship of art, pedagogy, cultur - al studies), the principle of systematic (analysis of the phenomenon of artistic and technical creativity), the principle of historicism of students who implemented ideas on the need to introduce in their system of preparation of their own methods, approaches), a synergistic approach (made it possible to trace the evolution of preparation of future hivtsiv art in higher education historically as the controversial complex process carried out by many factors) axiological approach (analysis provided training future professionals through the prism of the humanist orientation, close relationship education axiological orientations art). The scientific novelty of our research is based on the following statements: in the plane of the social role of creative personality, it is axiological, value foundation that is the most important aspect of artistic and technical creativity; the concept of cultural heritage plays a crucial role in the construction of professional training of specialists in higher art education institutions. For the first time theoretical principles of preparation of future specialists in the process of development of higher art education of Ukraine (1958-1999) were revealed; the periodization of formation of vocational training of future specialists in the context of development of higher art education of Ukraine is made, the content, characteristic features and contradictions according to the defined periods are characterized.
