Abstract

With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, there was a need for a wider implementation of remote technologies for continuing education. This especially affected students of higher medical institutions due to the impossibility of learning practical skills at the patient’s bedside. At the Zaporizhia State Medical University, the rectorate made a decision to introduce a virtual patient into the education course. BodyInteract™ is a large complex of medical scenarios from various disciplines and has shown its effectiveness in developing practical skills in students.
