Elective practice-oriented model of formation of professional competence of future specialists in fundraising in the field of education

Abstract

The article presents an elective practice-oriented model of professional competence formation of future fundraising specialists in the field of education. Applying a systemic approach, the components of the manager’s training system and the corresponding connections between them were identified; the main influencing factors on the system of formation of professional competence of future fundraising specialists in the system of higher education are determined. The place of the fundraising system as a subsystem in the general system of forming the manager’s professional competence is assessed. It is shown that the application of the system approach involves relatively independent components of the pedagogical process of forming the professional competence of future fundraising specialists, which are not considered in isolation, but in their relationship. The specified technological procedure makes it possible to identify the system properties and qualitative characteristics of individual elements that make up the manager’s training system.
