Regulatory and communicative aspects of the educational process of applicants with special educational needs during the war conditions

Abstrakt

The article presents regulatory and communicative aspects of the organization of the educational process of the Flight Academy of the National Aviation University for applicants with special educational needs during the war conditions. It is indicated that in accordance with the basic principles of communication, any person has the right and deserves a respectful, tolerant attitude towards himself, in particular a person with special needs. Communicative aspects of interaction in an inclusive educational environment must be supported by ethical, moral and legal areas of social interaction. It is emphasized that an educational institution should become a hub of comfort, tolerance and ethical attitude for people with special needs. Basic juridical documents should provide current and effective standards for the organization of the educational process in particular those who have physical and mental problems in connection with the consequences of russian aggression. It is proposed a list of basic ethical principles of communication with people with special needs in the process of accompanying such applicantsin when receiving educational services at the Flight Academy of the National Aviation University. It is generalized that civilized communication involves the observance of elementary ethical rules by all participants of communication, in particular in the process of providing educational services and accompanying people with special educational needs: respect of the rights and freedoms of every citizen, showing respect to the interlocutor, respecting the opinions of all participants of communication.
