The purpose of the study: to study the development of leadership qualities and their relationship with coping strategies in the wartime period among young people. The main objectives of the study: 1) To conduct a theoretical analysis of the problem of leadership and an analysis of leadership qualities among young people. 2) Investigate the theoretical and methodological foundations of studying the relationship between leadership qualities and coping strategies. 3) To conduct an empirical study of the relationship between leadership qualities and coping strategies during the war period among young people. 4) Develop practical recommendations for the development of leadership qualities through the use of coping skills among young people.
