Use of modern teaching methods trainers of future doctors in Zaporizhzya State Medical University

Abstract

The quality of future doctors training depends not only on the theoretical knowledge, but also on the acquired, developed and consolidated professional knowledge and practical skills. Nowadays, against the background of increasing competitiveness, young doctors are increasingly faced with the problem when hospitals prefer employees with experience than young professionals who have advanced knowledge, but, unfortunately, do not know how to apply them in practice. The article considers the feasibility of gradual acquisition and development of practical skills throughout the training period, from first to sixth year, using modern technologies, in accordance with curriculum for acquisition of practical skills and professional skills.
